Responsibilities
- Providing expert legal advice to mining clients.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Law / LLB (Masters in Commercial Law / International Trade Law or equivalent is advantageous).
- 8 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience working with mining clients and within mining and commercial law is essential.
- Admission as an Attorney (essential).
