• Lead the development of methods and processes to leverage data for effective business decisions across the organization
• Query and interpret large datasets from various sources to identify trends and insights
• Synthesize data into accessible, actionable reports for internal stakeholders
• Develop data collection methods and scalable reporting solutions
• Collaborate with team members to enhance analytical processes

• U.S. Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a quantitative discipline (e.g., STEM)
• Minimum two years of experience in business analysis within the Medicare space
• Proficiency in querying and interpreting large datasets, analyzing trends, and creating actionable reports
• Experience with SQL, Python, Hadoop, and DOMO
• Ability to communicate effectively in various formats including in-person, writing, telephone, and video conferencing

• Experience in developing analytical processes and reporting solutions
• Familiarity with the health insurance industry, particularly Medicare
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Previous experience in a telecommuting role
