Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Amanzimtoti. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include conducting property viewings, negotiating sales, preparing necessary paperwork, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and property values.
Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales skills and a track record of successful transactions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the Amanzimtoti real estate market is a plus
