Job Description

Requirements: Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Valid Driver’s licence and Own Car
  • FAIS Compliance
  • Clear criminal and credit check
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience (preferably in sales)
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Presentation skills an added advantage

Provides advice on a specific range of products to a specific allocated market and is individually accountable for achieving results through their own efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide quality service to customers, identify opportunities to secure new business or support retention, process cases, deal with complex queries, and resolve customer problems.
  • Solutions Analysis: Analyze specific problems to find the best solutions, which could be technical or professional.
  • Receiving Visitors: Receive visitors and assist with requests for information, referring complex matters to colleagues.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data: Schedule follow-ups and enter relevant information into CRM to support customer retention and business development.
  • Customer Needs Clarification: Set objectives for sales calls, tailor presentations, and ask relevant questions to evaluate customer interest and needs.
  • Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting: Develop plans to build relationships with potential customers and decision-makers.
  • Operational Compliance: Understand and adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Business Development: Monitor sales and market data to identify new business opportunities.
