Job summary

A leading global energy company is offering a 12-month internship opportunity for youth with any post-matric HR qualification in Sasolburg, Free State. Interns will acquire practical experience in training coordination, multi-functional administrative duties, and stakeholder engagement. This role provides valuable exposure and development opportunities in an inclusive workplace. The internship may be extended based on performance. Qualifications

  • Must have a post-matric HR qualification.
  • Experience is not required but relevant exposure is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage bookings of courses and training events.
  • Document control including capturing of training history.
  • Engage stakeholders and support client-facing activities.
  • Perform multi-functional training administrative duties.
  • Administer learning on SAP LSO and T@W LMS.
  • Report and perform learning analytics.
