A leading financial services group is seeking a Short-Term Insurance Specialist to drive growth within its Short-Term Insurance division. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, with a proven track record in short-term insurance. Responsibilities include pipeline generation, target achievement, and providing expert advice to clients. Requires at least 3 years in selling insurance and to meet FAIS compliance requirements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in selling short-term insurance as a broker or tied agent.
  • Must meet Fit and Proper requirements as prescribed by the FAIS codes of conduct.

Responsabilités

  • Proactively source lead-generating opportunities for income-generating sales.
  • Meet or exceed the requirement of 8.5 written policies per month.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs analyses with prospective clients.
  • Stay informed on competitor products and maintain continuous professional development.
  • Ensure all activities comply with Insurance regulations and FAIS codes of conduct.
