Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Gorgias CRM.
2. Manage Email, Data Analysis, Live Chat, and Troubleshooting tasks.
3. Address customer queries efficiently and handle backlogs.
4. Maintain professional and engaging communication with a focus on quality.
5. Ensure effective use of Gorgias by brands.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience is required.
2. Familiarity with Gorgias or similar CRMs is a plus.
3. Proficiency in English and strong organizational skills.
4. Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting.
5. Technical ability, problem-solving skills, and flexibility.
6. Leadership or management experience is desirable.

Internet Requirements:

1. DSL, Cable, or Fiber connection with a minimum speed of 15 mbps.
