The vision : Build the world’s BEST shopping experience and change the retail industry as a whole for the better. We are looking for strong team players to join our Stores teams as we prepare for the busy festive period.

The season is a time when we look to add capable and passionate temporary teammates to our busy team. You bring the energy and hard work, we’ll bring the spatulae and pancake mix. We don’t want to compromise on our customers’ enjoyment in our Stores, so a few more skilled teammates are most welcome. We are specifically looking for teammates who can commit to the entire period of November to December.

You feel energised when you talk about food, cooking and entertaining. You are self-motivated, driven, obsessed with the details and love to cook and entertain. You have a strong sense of responsibility for creating a memorable experience and working alongside a team representing our retail brand in every way possible. You are goal-driven and want to experience a groundbreaking team that can help you reach those goals. You love to share knowledge and feel that something great has been achieved when people leave the store smiling.

• Offering and executing a high level of customer service to any customer that enters our store, making sure that each visit is a unique interaction.
• Making our store an inviting and intriguing space which showcases our brand and our range of products in the best possible way.
• Wrapping a large number of gifts for our customers who purchase with us.
• Contributing to the cleanliness of our store environment.
• Dealing with and resolving any customer queries.
• Following the internal process for stock receipt, storage and merchandising.

Grade 12 / Matriculation.

Previous experience working for a luxury brand (seasonal or permanent) is advantageous but not essential.

R 30 per hour.
