New Business Development and Client Retention

1. Conduct client research and manage construction and detail aspects.
2. Manage client relationships and interact with operations.
3. Lead research team management and ensure processes adhere to deadlines and budgets in collaboration with the Project Manager.
4. Attempt initial value-added insights at each development stage.
5. Develop foundational solutions knowledge and ensure integration of information from multiple sources where applicable.
6. Conduct desk research to add value to reports and presentations, aiding the client in understanding the South African market.

• Education:
• Matric certification.
• A Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Arts, or Business is essential; an honors degree would be advantageous.
• Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a market research agency in a client-facing role.
• Thorough knowledge of core research services.
• Strong innovative research and analytical skills.
• Business acumen, including entrepreneurial and financial perspectives.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Additional Requirements:
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and ability to learn other software packages.
