A large established organization in Gqeberha is seeking a qualified individual to lead regional project delivery across multiple sites. This role involves managing a team of project managers and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience in project management, including 5 in a management role, along with strong financial acumen and exceptional relationship-building skills. Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations is essential.

You will lead a regional project delivery function, managing Project Managers, Coordinators, and project finance/administration support to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. The role spans the full project lifecycle, from prioritisation and authorisation through implementation, monitoring, and close‑out, with a strong focus on governance and consistency.
Working closely with multiple internal workstreams and external stakeholders, you will drive alignment, remove delivery blockers, and strengthen customer relationships. The environment is fast‑moving and outcomes‑driven, requiring resilience, sound judgement, and a continuous improvement mindset.
