Education
We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee wind energy projects in the Western Cape. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in managing large-scale wind energy projects, demonstrating strong leadership, project management, and technical expertise.
- Lead and manage the construction phase of wind energy projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and regulatory bodies, to drive project milestones.
- Oversee site activities and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to optimize efficiency.
- Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and construction personnel, providing clear guidance and support.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and adherence to project specifications.
- Report on project progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management.
- Mitigate risks and implement proactive measures to address potential issues.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing wind energy construction projects, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or renewable energy sectors.
