Minimum Requirements:

Job Summary: The Site Engineer (Civil Engineering) is responsible for overseeing and managing construction activities at the project sites. The role involves ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with design specifications, regulations, and project timelines. The Site Engineer acts as a key liaison between the site workforce, project management team, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at the site.
2. Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
3. Monitor site progress and prepare regular reports for management.
4. Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
5. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
6. Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
7. Interpret technical drawings and provide guidance to the workforce.
8. Assist in planning project schedules, materials procurement, and resource allocation.
9. Conduct quality checks and tests on construction materials.
10. Maintain accurate records of site activities, changes, and progress.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
2. Proven experience in site supervision and construction management (5-8 years), specifically at Food Manufacturing Plants.
3. Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction-related software.
5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
6. Strong communication and leadership abilities.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
8. Familiarity with safety and quality standards in construction.
9. Experience in large-scale infrastructure or commercial projects.
