Responsibilities:

• Conduct investigations, disciplinary hearings, and attend CCMA cases.
• Oversee housekeeping and enforce safety and housekeeping programs.
• Monitor, train, and manage employee performance to ensure targets are met.
• Supervise daily operations and ensure team productivity and time management.
• Enforce standard processes, procedures, and management instructions.
• Prevent and manage shrinkage, damages, and departmental expenses (e.g., overtime).
• Oversee logistics, stock control, and inventory management, including stocktake preparation.
• Ensure stock levels align with demand and collaborate with finance on orders.
• Develop inventory control models to reduce costs, shorten lead times, and optimize stock levels.
• Ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
• Supervise warehouse maintenance and stock arrangement.
• Manage drivers and optimize delivery routes.
• Conduct daily cycle counts.
• Drive continuous improvement through strategy, policy, and practice development.
