  • Assist Buyer with selection of product appropriate for our customer and stores

  • Negotiation with suppliers for best possible prices

  • Liaising with suppliers to meet our production requirements

  • Liaising with stores to ensure merchandise is properly displayed and merchandised

  • Ensuring quality standards for our products are met

  • Administration of the buying process


Qualifications


  • BA/B-com or relevant clothing or textile related diploma at a registered institution

  • Have computer skills (Windows - Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Have CorelDRAW, Photoshop (advantageous)

  • Must have experience in a clothing environment

  • Be willing to work long hours

  • Be willing to visit stores regularly
