Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provision telecoms services including landlines, broadband, fibre, and cloud-based licences.
  • Ensure all internal processes and compliance checks are followed accurately.
  • Review and validate contracts for accuracy and completeness.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
  • Log and manage customer faults relating to telephony, broadband, and cloud services.
  • Maintain accurate records and file documentation appropriately.
  • Manage workload effectively and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospective clients.
