To plan, manage and monitor the implementation of operations related activities and processes in order to deliver on approved operational plans in an effective and efficient manner.
People Management: Coach, mentor and manage team members toward driving business objectives and ensuring colleague development.
To manage customer Vehicle and Asset Finance Off Balance Sheet debt through effective and efficient collections tactics in order to maximise recoveries for Absa. This will involve negotiating repayment from customers with the objective of rehabilitating customer accounts.
NQF Level 7 is required.
Higher Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required).
