Qualifications

• 6-10 years experience as an HRBP or HR professional.
• Minimum 3 years at Senior HR level.
• At least 2 years in Pharmaceutical or FMCG manufacturing.
• Proven expertise in statutory reporting and union negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Head the Mental Health & Wellness Forum and Employee Forum.
• Champion the company culture through events and engagement initiatives.
• Drive industrial and employee relations including misconduct hearings.
• Prepare & submit statutory reports.
• Manage compensation salary inputs and bonus schemes.
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for manufacturing operations.
