Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience in finance or accounting, preferably in property management or real estate.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office Suite, especially advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare management and statutory financial reports.
• Compile and monitor annual budgets, report deviations.
• Prepare audit packs and liaise with auditors.
• Ensure accuracy of contract data and financial records.
• Maintain general ledger and fixed asset registers.
• Attend monthly client meetings and provide updates.
• Complete VAT returns and ensure compliance with policies.
• Manage owner payments and cashflow reconciliations.
