This role is key to managing, expanding, and building broker relationships within the Short-Term Insurance division. Ideal candidates will possess a degree related to Business, with 3-5 years experience in relationship management. You'll act as the primary contact for brokers, ensuring alignment with company objectives, while leveraging a broad network to drive business growth. A bilingual skill set in Afrikaans and English is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in relationship management or broker management in short-term insurance.
• Strong knowledge of short-term insurance broker environment and distribution channels.
• Demonstrated experience in broker onboarding and portfolio growth.
• Bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
