Are you a results-driven retail professional with a passion for sales, customer service, and team leadership? Mambo’s Storage & Home is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our Pretoria team and drive performance in one of South Africa’s most exciting retail brands. Mambo’s Storage & Home is a trusted retail chain specialising in affordable storage, homeware, décor, and lifestyle products. Our stores are known for variety, creativity, and great value – helping customers make their spaces stylish and functional.

Your Role as Store Manager

As the Store Manager, you will take ownership of the store’s overall performance with a strong focus on sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Drive sales performance through effective merchandising, promotions, and upselling.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyse store performance, and implement action plans to maximise profitability.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate staff to ensure high levels of product knowledge and customer engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Maintain an organised, visually appealing, and well-stocked store environment.
  • Manage stock control, shrinkage, and expense budgets effectively.

  • Proven retail management experience (minimum 3 years as a Store Manager / Assistant Manager, preferably in a high-volume environment).
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
