As the Senior Site Manager, you will join an excellent team of existing managers for an occupied Residential, facade remediation scheme. This is an opportunity to work on a logistically challenging site where Quality and attention to detail are paramount.

Responsibilities for Senior Site Manager:

• Delivering Projects leading the external packages. Brickwork experience is desirable.
• lead day to day site management to ensure smooth project delivery
• Day to day Client interaction
• Ensuring the team are meeting programme deadlines
• Maintaining budgets, tracking costs, and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Assisting the PM

Requirements for Senior Site Manager:

• Experience working at a main contractor or sub-contractor with a focus on facades
• Prior experience of working within an occupied building on projects circa £30-40million.
• Experience of managing External packages circa £5million.
• Staying organised and focused on priorities is a necessity.
• Experience in in externals, facades, brickwork facade
• Good understanding of field view
• Attention to detail, Quality Assurance & Health & Safety
