Responsibilities

A Senior Site Manager is required to work for a Main Contractor in East London. The project is a £6m cut and carve commercial office in East London. The contractor specialises in fit-out, refurbishment and new build, with project values up to £30m. You will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery to programme, quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidate

• 5 years’ experience as a Senior Site Manager.
• Degree-qualified or have a similar construction management qualification.
• Main contracting experience.
• Strong track record as a Senior Site Manager.
• Experience delivering projects from inception to completion.
• Experience on cut and carve schemes.
• CSCS Card.
