Qualifications

• At least ten years' post-qualification experience in civil and/or criminal litigation.
• Admission as an Attorney/Advocate will be an added advantage.
• Experience or knowledge in TRC matters will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage long working hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage and guide Advocates, Prosecutors, and TRC investigators.
• Investigate and prosecute cases related to TRC matters.
• Draft court documents and manage associated legal paperwork.
• Conduct research and prepare legal opinions and reports.
