Position

Senior Platform Engineer (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and manage scalable, multi-node Kubernetes clusters (on-premises, AWS EKS, Azure AKS).
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
• Build and maintain CI / CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and other relevant tools.
• Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
• Ensure infrastructure is secure, resilient, and highly available, supporting auto-scaling where applicable.
• Collaborate closely with software engineering teams to enable fast and reliable deployment cycles.
• Work with IT and Support teams to troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues.

Qualifications

• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MSc a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar role.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes administration (CKA or similar certifications a plus).
• Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Strong experience with CI / CD tools (especially GitHub Actions), Helm charts, and package management.
• Monitoring and observability solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
• Scripting (Bash, Python) and Linux system administration.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure.
• Exposure to MLOps workflows and large language model (LLM) deployment.
• Experience provisioning Kubernetes clusters on bare metal or virtual machines (e.g., kubeadm, Cluster API).
