Role Purpose

The Brand Manager will be responsible for executing brand and marketing strategies at franchise dealership level, managing supplier and stakeholder relationships, and coordinating impactful marketing activities that drive traffic, leads, and sales. This includes tactical dealer activations, promotional campaigns, digital channel management, and ensuring consistent brand presence across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dealer Marketing Support: Plan and execute localised marketing campaigns, events, and activations to increase dealership and franchise OEM brand visibility as well as sales.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong working relationships with dealers, OEM partners, suppliers, and internal teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Digital Channels: Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media content, dealer listings, and website promotions.
  • Promotions & Campaigns: Develop and implement tactical promotions, seasonal campaigns, and community activations to support dealer objectives.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure alignment with brand guidelines across all dealership marketing materials and customer touchpoints.
  • Supplier Coordination: Manage creative, print, and media suppliers to deliver on campaigns within budget and deadlines.
  • Reporting & Insights: Track website and campaign performance, compile dealer marketing reports, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Competitor & Market Insights: Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the automotive sector to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • CRM Activities: Oversee customer communications and feedback processes, leveraging these interactions to enhance engagement and support overall sales and marketing objectives.
  • Budget management: Administer the allocated marketing budget, ensuring accurate service delivery and optimizing expenditure in line with dealership priorities.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years’ marketing experience, preferably in the automotive industry or FMCG retail.
  • Proven experience in supplier and stakeholder management.
  • Strong understanding of dealership environment and tactical retail marketing operations.
  • Solid digital marketing knowledge (social media, Google, dealer listing platforms).
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in delivering marketing innovations within dealer marketing campaigns.
