• 5+ years experience at a law firm or international corporation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on regulatory issues and draft legal documents.
• Serve as primary legal advisor for headquarters team.
• Manage legal, regulatory, and compliance risks in global markets.
• Draft and negotiate contracts with suppliers and partners.
• Ensure compliance across 40+ jurisdictions.
• Develop legal training programs for HQ teams.
• Negotiate complex transaction documents.
