Main Responsibilities

Create bespoke itineraries that balance feasibility and budget requirements.

Source and negotiate services with suppliers to secure competitive and high-quality offerings.

Precisely prepare detailed costings, quotations, and professional proposal documents.

Collaborate with the Group Operations team to ensure seamless handover on confirmation.

Maintain in-depth product knowledge and stay updated with destination trends, new experiences, and supplier offerings.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years' experience in inbound travel, specifically group travel proposals / quotations.

Strong destination knowledge of South and Southern Africa.
