Job summary

You will conduct salary studies, lead HRIS projects, and maintain system integrity. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Behavioral Science or equivalent, five years of IT systems experience, and strong project management skills. Qualifications

  • Five years IT systems experience with at least 2 years in HR systems.
  • Three years of experience in compensation-related roles.
  • SARA Certification and Job Evaluation Certification are advantages.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and project coordination for HRIS.
  • Conduct salary studies for market analysis.
  • Manage and support integrated total reward processes.
  • Provide user training and technical support on HR systems.
