Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements with precision.
  • Draft, edit, and prepare high-level correspondence, reports, and presentations for various executive needs.
  • Oversee document management, ensuring sensitive information is handled with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Conduct thorough research to support executive decision-making, candidate profiles, and market insights.
  • Assist in the organization of internal meetings and executive engagements, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients and candidates, providing exceptional service.
  • Coordinate logistics for executive events, board meetings, and strategic workshops.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role, preferably within a corporate setting.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
