Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years' credit assessment and decisioning experience in banking.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Business Banking Credit.
• Proven record of managing a large book.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alignment of credit practices with risk appetite.
• Prepare reports to address pertinent credit risk issues.
• Manage team performance and conduct recruitment processes.
