Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of property transfers from initiation to final registration.
  • Handle all required documentation including drafting reviewing and preparing contracts and correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with the applicable legal procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with clients estate agents financial institutions and other third parties to ensure timely and accurate execution of transfers.
  • Supervise and mentor junior paralegals offering guidance and training as needed.
  • Maintain accurate case files and records.
Qualifications & Experience
  • At least 4 years of experience in transfers.
  • Solid understanding of the property transfer process and legal requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • A legal qualification or paralegal certification would be advantageous.
Salary

The salary offer will be market related considering the successful candidates qualifications skills and experience.
