Qualifications

• Admitted as an Attorney and Conveyancer in South Africa.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a practicing conveyancing attorney.
• Extensive experience with developers, banks, and estate agents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of paralegals and conveyancing assistants.
• Prepare and verify documents for lodgment.
• Provide legal advice to clients on property law.
