The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in scaffolding operations, a thorough understanding of safety regulations, and the ability to lead a team effectively. As a Scaffolding Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing scaffolding activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating with other trades to facilitate smooth project execution.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage all scaffolding activities on site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
2. Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding structures to ensure safety and integrity, addressing any issues promptly.
3. Coordinate with project managers and other supervisors to plan scaffolding requirements for various phases of construction.
4. Provide training and guidance to scaffolding teams, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks safely.
5. Maintain accurate records of scaffolding materials, equipment, and labor, reporting to management as required.
6. Implement and enforce safety protocols, conducting safety meetings and audits to foster a culture of safety on site.
7. Evaluate and recommend improvements in scaffolding practices and procedures to enhance efficiency and safety.
8. Assist in the development of project schedules related to scaffolding activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
