Lead, coach, and drive performance across the Sales and Account Management team to support business development, growth, and customer retention.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications :

  • Matric (post-matric qualification in sales or management advantageous)
  • 5 years+ of proven experience in sales / account management within commercial cleaning / hygiene solutions, preferably within hospitality
  • Previous experience in sales management / managing a team
  • Valid driver's license and own reliable transport

Key Performance Areas :

  • Lead and manage a team of Account Managers
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve team and individual targets
  • Monitor, track, and analyse sales performance
  • Conduct regular joint field visits to support team members in client meetings and ensure service standards are upheld
  • Resolve escalated client issues and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Compile and present sales performance reports to senior management
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
  • Identify new market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities to upsell or cross-sell within existing accounts
