We are seeking 2-5 experienced and self-motivated Sales Representatives to join our client's team immediately. This is a crucial remote role where you will be responsible for calling new and existing clients to offer high-quality products.
The sales process is conversational and service-oriented. We are not looking for pushy closers, but for thoughtful communicators who excel at building trust and delivering value. Outbound Sales: Make outbound calls to both new and existing clients to introduce and guide them through the company's product offerings.
Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and presenting solutions in a friendly and professional manner.
Lead & Relationship Management: Manage warm leads, provide ongoing customer service to build long-term relationships, and close deals with professionalism and integrity.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and performance.
Proven experience in a sales role, ideally in a B2B or product-focused environment.
Exceptional conversational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
A self-motivated and high-performing mindset, with a genuine excitement to contribute to a growing business.
The ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage your time effectively.
Based in South Africa (highly preferred).
