As BSP Team Leader, you will be the driving force behind the financial operations of our Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP) function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all processes in compliance with IATA standards. This role combines technical financial expertise with strong leadership skills, balancing meticulous attention to detail with the ability to develop and guide a high-performing team. You will oversee the end-to-end BSP function as an experienced Finance Lead with a proven track record in the travel and tourism industry. Your responsibilities include managing the BSP team’s operations, maintaining audit readiness through precise reconciliations, and applying a deep understanding of accounting principles to assess the profit impact of all transactions processed through BSP.
