Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules for executives and team members.

  • Handle email correspondence, respond to inquiries, and escalate matters when needed.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other documentation as required.

  • Assist with data entry, online research, and file organization.

  • Coordinate virtual meetings, including preparing agendas, sending invites, and taking meeting minutes.

  • Maintain confidential information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.

  • Provide support for project coordination and follow-ups.

  • Perform general administrative duties such as invoicing, order tracking, and basic bookkeeping (as needed).

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Comfortable using remote collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, Trello, or Asana.

Experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or virtual assistant role.

Working Hours
  • Flexible working hours with a standard expectation of 20–30 hours per week, depending on business needs.
