Location: USA (Remote)

Shift: Monday to Friday
U.S. Time: 5:30/6:00 AM & 9:00 AM
South African Time: 11:30 AM/12:00 PM -3:00 PM

Shift: Sunday
U.S. Time: 5:30 AM -2:00 PM
South African Time: 11:30 AM -8:00 PM

Job Description:
As a Nurse Scheduler, your primary responsibility is to efficiently manage and adapt nurse schedules, ensuring seamless patient care despite any last‑minute changes or cancellations. You will play a crucial role in handling scheduling adjustments due to nurses being unavailable, particularly focusing on managing cancellations and reassigning shifts to prevent disruptions in patient care.
Over time, your duties will expand to include proactively filling vacant shifts, requiring quick decision‑making and excellent organizational skills. Your role is vital in ensuring that healthcare facilities are adequately staffed, contributing to the overall success of the healthcare team.
