Our Therapy Group Practice at Nurture Rynmed Gauteng is looking for a Rehab Supporter to join their team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Rehab Supporter you will play a key role in assisting our interdisciplinary therapy team—including physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy—to provide high-quality rehabilitation services. This role involves supporting both the clinical and administrative aspects of therapy delivery, helping ensure that patients receive consistent evidence-based care throughout their rehabilitation journey.

You’ll work closely with therapists, patients and families to contribute to a caring and efficient environment that promotes recovery and positive outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS / TRAINING

• Grade 12 minimum requirement
• 2 years or more relevant experience in a physical rehabilitation environment is essential
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting

• Patient handling skills such as transfers
• Knowledge of basic wheelchair maintenance and basic wheelchair seating requirements
