Job summary

A leading human resources firm is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function across Africa and the Middle East. This strategic role involves overseeing compliance with local labor laws, driving transformation initiatives, and managing the local organization, including sales offices and multiple facilities. The successful candidate will possess over 8 years of experience in senior HR leadership, deep knowledge of South African labor laws, and the ability to influence at the executive level. This role is based in Johannesburg.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Senior HR Leadership roles within South Africa.
• Experience in a multinational or complex matrix environment is advantageous.
• Postgraduate qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the HR strategy for the Region.
• Manage compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, training & development.
• Ensure full compliance with labour legislation.
• Drive BBBEE strategy and champion Employment Equity planning.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing HR team.
