Duties

• Liaising with the lead development chemist and sales team to develop and refine products for customers, using paint production equipment, and researching new coating technologies to introduce into our business.
• Assist in the research, development, and refinement of coatings products to meet customer requirements.
• Liaise with the lead development chemist and sales team to ensure products are developed and refined to customer specifications.
• Operate and maintain paint production equipment to produce and test coating products.
• Research and stay up to date with coating technologies on the market to integrate innovative solutions into our product range.
• Maintain accurate records of research, development activities, and product specifications.
• Ensure the quality of developed products through rigorous testing and analysis.
