Amazon’s Unified Alternate Fulfillment (UAF) team is looking for an experienced Program Manager for regional program management across Africa, Middle East and Turkey (AMET region) to expand the network of Seller Flex, Vendor Flex and Direct fulfillment channels.
Our Program Managers are focused on the big picture, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders to scope out new solutions. You’ll conduct research and analysis with a long-term vision for the business and have opportunities to influence decisions and shape the future of Amazon.
As a Program Manager, you’ll drive and manage the implementation of data‑driven change in Amazon, leading improvement projects and programs. You’ll use strategic thinking to define and implement an efficient project plan. Some managers are based on-site while others work remotely, depending on what is most suitable for the team and tasks. You’ll handle complex challenges with creativity, innovation, and leadership, with responsibilities that may extend beyond process improvements to areas such as diversity, equity and inclusion.
The Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) organization covers specialized functions such as Heavy and Bulky fulfillment, Ultra Fast grocery deliveries, and Unified Alternate Fulfillment (UAF). The UAF channels allow Amazon to fulfill customer orders directly from vendor/seller warehouses, offering millions of new selection while maintaining Amazon’s customer experience standards.
