Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced technician with over 5 years in electrical or mechanical environments. The ideal candidate must have a Matric and a recognised Trade Test, preferably in Electrician, Fitter, or Millwright. A strong grasp of industrial systems and proficiency with relevant tools is essential. Candidates should have effective communication skills and a problem-solving mindset. A valid South African drivers licence is mandatory. This role includes workshop and occasional site-based work.

• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and electrical/mechanical testing equipment.
• Problem-solving ability in a production environment.
• Valid South African drivers licence.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support cross-functional workflows.
• Registration to issue Electrical Certificates of Compliance is advantageous for field commissioning roles.
