Job description
What We Are Looking For
  • Draft and design layout of equipment, materials and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency.
  • Developing and updating of process documentation prior to production start date.
  • Develop, update and validation of product Manufacturing bills of materials.
  • Work closely with the Process Engineering/Design team to define and ensure Industrialization activates are achieved.
  • Conduct Process Safety audits and implement actions to improve on safety.
  • Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations through continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
  • Evaluate manufacturing process based on quality criteria such as efficiency and speed.
  • Offer product and process support within the designated area.
  • Work with cross functional teams to increase productivity, reduce costs and maximise efficiency.
  • Ensure that the manufacturing documentation aligns with process design intent at all times
What Qualifications You Should Have
  • National Diploma: Industrial Engineering
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering will be an advantage
  • Minimum 2-4 years’ experience within Process engineering, manufacturing or similar role.
  • Experience working within an MRP/ERP environment
  • Proven success with process improvement.
  • Pro‑active mind set.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Attention to detail.
