• Responsible for equipment selection, technical specifications, process flows, and control velocities.
• Experience in commissioning activities alongside detailed involvement in project materialization.
• Function as a pivotal role in ensuring that the right processes are designed, and the appropriate equipment is procured to meet project specifications.
• Require individuals with extensive project field experience rather than production-related backgrounds, emphasizing a focus on project design and equipment performance.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Degree in Extractive Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• 5 years\' experience in a similar position and work environment of which 2 years should have been in a Senior Management level.
• Minerals Processing background and knowledge.
• Contractor Management experience will be advantageous.
• Good data analytical skills & flotation experience.
• Understanding of Process Plant Control Elements i.e. Control & Operating philosophy, Control logics, Functional specifications, Control system architect.
• Commissioning knowledge i.e. Commissioning Management Plan, Commissioning Execution Plan, Commissioning Strategy Outline, Hazop (Pre-commissioning Hazop).
