Job summary

A leading health and beauty retailer is looking for a Responsible Pharmacist to lead and direct the pharmacy team in providing exceptional pharmaceutical care. The role requires at least 2 years of experience post-service and people management skills. You will manage operational activities, ensure compliance with SAPC regulations, and drive customer service initiatives to enhance the customer experience. This is a permanent position located in KwaZulu-Natal, Durban with market-related remuneration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience post community service year.
• Minimum 1 year of people management experience.
• Registration as Responsible Pharmacist with SAPC.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high standards of pharmaceutical care and accurate dispensing.
• Manage operational activities of the dispensary including stock management.
• Ensure financial viability of the dispensary through sound management.
