Glenstantia Primary School is seeking a highly organised and professional Personal Assistant to the Principal. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual who thrives in a dynamic educational environment and can support the Principal in managing the school’s daily operations.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum qualification: Matric
  • An administrative qualification will be an advantage
  • High level of computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Proficiency in school computer systems such as D6 will be an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years’ proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Previous experience in an educational environment will be an advantage
  • Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced minute-taking skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain strict confidentiality
  • Professional and approachable, able to interact positively with a wide range of people
  • Willingness to occasionally work after hours
