Are you a proactive, detail-oriented PA ready to support a dynamic CEO? Our client’s business is growing and the CEO is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support.

This is an office-based position in Pinelands, Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:30 with willingness to be available for extended hours if required.

Responsibilities range from managing calendars and preparing professional documents to handling confidential correspondence while coordinating daily operations.

This role is ideal for someone with strong admin skills, exceptional discretion, and the ability to stay two steps ahead.

Requirements:

  • Matric or similar qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in administration or secretarial advantageous
  • 5 – 8 years’ experience in a PA role
  • Valid SA driver’s licence and own vehicle
  • Proficient in English both written and verbal to communicate with international clients
  • Strong administrative skills to assist with project research
  • Basic understanding of finance

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Screen and prioritise emails, calls and correspondence
  • Prepare reports, presentations and documents
  • File, organise and maintain records (digital and physical)
  • Handle expense reports, invoices and basic bookkeeping
  • Coordinate events, functions and business lunches/dinners
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and stakeholders
  • Draft, proofread and send professional correspondence
  • Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items
  • Liaise with service providers, suppliers and contractors
  • Maintain strict discretion and confidentiality
  • Anticipate needs and act proactively to resolve issues
  • Be available outside standard hours when urgent matters arise
  • Conduct research on best suppliers, venues and services related to projects
