You will be responsible for onboarding new hires, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and serving as the first point of contact for employee inquiries. Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in People Function or People Operations roles.
  • Proficiency in Workday is essential.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills are required.
  • Working knowledge of relevant labour laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a first point of contact for employee enquiries.
  • Assist in the implementation of the HRIS Workday.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences.
  • Issue accurate contractual documents.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
  • Complete statutory Reporting.
