Our national client within the FMCG / Supply Chain Management sector is looking for a dynamic Operations Manager for their DC in Bloemfontein.

• Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Operations Management
• 3-5 Years' experience within a Supply Chain environment
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management System
• Strong communication skills
• Ensure Effective team dynamics
• Improve process efficiency in the Bloemfontein DC operation
• Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, (Transport, Replenishment and Planning) to ensure that deliverables are met
• Follow up on customer complaints and ensure they have been resolved in an effective and timely manner
• Forecasting workforce and maintaining production cycles to ensure that the correct resources are in place to achieve targets
• Continuously monitor and oversee the day-to-day operations
• Ensure Compliance to all our policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance
• Ensure due diligence with all processes
• Develop, collaborate and engage relationships with stakeholders across the business
