A leading mining company in Gauteng is seeking an Officer ETD for Mining Technical Training. This role involves planning and delivering high-quality technical mining training aligned with standards. The Officer ETD: Mining Technical Training is responsible for planning, delivering, and maintaining high-quality technical mining training aligned with organisational, regulatory and SETA standards. This includes conducting inductions, coaching, assessing, and developing employees to meet operational, safety, and competency benchmarks. The role ensures training effectiveness through monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement of programmes in collaboration with subject matter experts. It also involves managing training resources, maintaining accurate records, and fostering a culture of zero harm, thereby supporting the development of skilled employees and contributing to long-term value for stakeholders.
